    If your enquiry is about reproducing a design - please send the best possible version as an email attachment. Reef Swan can accept email attachments up to 6 megabytes in size, above that please contact us for an alternative.

If your enquiry is about creating a design, please email your ideas.

Step 2

We will quote on the job.

We aim to reply within 24 hours if sent monday to thursday. Friday is an off-screen day to give microwaved eyeballs a rest.

Step 3

Reef Swan will recreate your image, this typically takes 3-5 working days depending on workload. We will then send you a raster version of the recreated image for your approval.

When approved, the final file will be sent to you along with an invoice stating 14 day terms of payment unless some other arrangement has been made with Reef Swan. If you are an individual, not a registered business then please refer to our terms.

Step 4

Reef Swan will keep an offline copy of your files against future need unless you expressly ask us not to.

Please be clear that this is not a backup service, you are responsible for the secure storage of the final files that Reef Swan provides to you.
